  1. Vampire seemed OK in the first edition until I went out and met other players of Night-time Superhero. Ever single con game of Vampire I played was a juevenile power fantasy, and not even a good one. If you suddenly started playing your character really evilly, I want to eat everything, not rule it in a dress shirt, then you got funny looks from the other players. But it was the only way to make it bearable.

    I think Annihilation has a touch of Gaia Hypothesis about it. If you think you run the universe, then watch out. Shame the film chickened out but I guess they had to sell it.
